So I got the pantone huey last week. It’s been doing it’s Knight Rider red led schwooshy thing every so often — it’s a bit distracting — adjusting my screen’s overall gamma (i think) based on the ambient light. Like everyone on the web says, it’s a very simple color tool. There are no options when calibrating the sucker. It’s no where near as cool as the One-Eye from Gretag MacBeth (who also have their name on this product).
But hey I found it for $74 after shipping and the $0.0 tax. Ya can’t beat that and for a total hobbyist like me, it’s perfect.

My other missing photo. They ended up in strange directories on my drive…
On 3rd Ave., near Sushi Sam’s! This photo is total crap, but it’s the only shot I got this day.
So blurry and I wasn’t even drunk. Could have used a wider angle lens and maybe a shot from a lower position would have made the shorty and big bike more interesting. Otherwise this is just a crappy snapshot.

Found my missing photos!
A little bling bling from David Yurman.
I did the hazy glowy effect on here again. The photo isn’t very interesting and photoshop can make it slightly so on the surface until you realize it’s just CG.

A glimmer of the warm sunset atop this building and the moon pretty high up in the sky already. Taken on Market Street.

I apparently deleted the photos I took for 2/2 and 2/3! This is not a great start… Then I was in a rush on the 4th and left my camera behind (after clearing my memory card in preparation for taking it out).
I have no excuse for Sunday except that the Superbowl had me incapacitated all day.
